I was wondering the same thing. Thinking of upgrading a free dining plan at some point to Dlx (not planned quite yet though). I would never pay full price for Dlx, but would if I could upgrade from free. Very interested in finding out about the new options on the dining plan for 1 credit and the 2 credit.
When I found out it was included on the Dining Plan it all of a sudden became a "no brainer"!!
My boys are both HUGE crab/seafood lovers and we'll certainly get our 2TS credits for this meal...
I would "assume" that just like the other meals on the DxDP plan we'd each get an appetizer, entree, dessert and a drink...but you know what they say when you assume..
Currently have ADR's for Fultons for March 4th so I am hoping I can find some reviews prior to that. VERY excited to see the addition to the DDP (We have the discounted Deluxe during free dining) and after looking at the menu I have NO idea what to get---SO many choices!
I will definitely be giving reviews so even if there aren't many posted by then be on the lookout for mine (probably LIVE )
Actually, that's not a very good value on the dining plan. Not the worst value, but so-so.
For 2 credits -- you would need to pay for 2 nights of the ddp.
Under peak pricing, that would be $107.
Let's take 2 snacks -- $3.50 apiece, $7 total.
2 cs -- $16 apiece, $32 total.
7 + 32 + about $70 for Fultons --
Total, $109.
So, using the ddp, you would be saving $1 per day by using your credits for the crab at Fultons, or slightly less than 2%.
Just shows -- it's never a good deal to use 2 ddp credits on 1 meal.
Completely agree. But on the dxdp, you are paying less per credit AND getting an app. Entirely different equation, making signatures a very good value under the dxdp.
But I was replying to someone who suggested Fultons was a great real on the regular ddp. Once numbers are actually compared, shown not to be much of a deal at all.
