Is this on the dinning plan ? it is not listed but when making reservation it came up as one on the plan?

It is not on the DDP or DxDP. It is on the Platinum and Premium all-inclusive plans.

The Disney website is a bit... quirky... when it comes to dining plans and where they're accepted.

We ate there last year and were not very impressed. Food cost high for what you got. Food was tasty but I would spend my money elsewhere.
