I know it's not really a disability, but I figured this would be the best place to ask. My DD has GERD and uses a wedge under her crib mattress at night.... I tried it with the pack and play, but it won't fit.

Does WDW have any actual cribs? Is it worth calling to ask, or should I just rent one?

We have rented from abbf.com
a baby's best friend.
However I believe there is a new policy you have to be present for pick up and delivery. This use to not be the case.

I'm renting for November and just realized the change, i'm guessing disney implemented.

Does anyone know of a company that rents cribs that you don't have to be present for delivery and pick-up?

Yes, you are correct - Disney did implement a change for ECVs/wheelchairs in November 2012 and for baby equipment earlier this year.
The "Featured" or "Preferred" Vendors are allowed to drop off and pick up from Bell Services. (Disney uses both "Featured" and "Preferred").
For other vendors, you will need to arrange for pick up delivery.

This is copied from post 6 of the disABILITIES FAQs thread - Kingdom Strollers does rent cribs.

Some of the Preferred Vendors listed above for ECVs and wheelchairs also rent Strollers.
This is a list of the Preferred Vendors who rent only Baby Equipment in alphabetical order:

Have you tried putting something under the legs of the pack and play? That way you could elevate one end of the whole pack and play, instead of just the mattress. As long as you could find a way to make it study, so that it couldn't fall easily, it might work.

I can't figure out how to make it sturdy enough:(

My son also had GERD and had to be elevated when he slept. When we visited the grand parents, he would have to sleep in a pack and play, why we did was put a foam pillow or folded towel under the base/mattress that they have. This meant we didn't sacrifice the stability of the pack and play ie. it had all four legs on the floor, but we still got the elevation required.

We also did the same to his big cot at home, put a wedge of foam under his mattress, worked great.
