OK.. I know its probably more a depends on how my training is going answer, but here goes.. I am shooting for goofy in 2014... using the galloway training method.. It just so happens that the Columbus marathon is on a weekend where I am supposed to do a 7 miles walk on saturday and a 17 mile run on sunday... So, the question I have, I am for sure wanting to do the 1/2 marathon just to have a longer race under my belt.. but looking at that weekend, should I consider just doing the marathon on sunday, and skipping the 7 mile walk on saturday? I would LOVE to do the marathon, again, just to have a long distance under my belt.. And again I know it is far in the future, but just wanted to get some thoughts.
