I'll be headed to Disney in a month to work in FSFB. I was researching different restaurants and I noticed a lot of them didn't offer breakfast. So I was curious, if you get a restaurant that is only open for dinner service, do you strictly work nights? Or are there tasks for FSFB people that you also get morning/noon hours to work?

I really would like to work in a place that is open all day to have flexibility of working both days and nights. But If I don't get one, I'll definitely still enjoy it. Was just curious about how the hours worked for FSFB.

There are few Full-service restaurants that serve breakfast. The majority are either QSR or Buffet (Ohana, Boma, etc.).

Unfortunately, you wont find out until you get to casting.

Additionally there are very few "dinner only" locations if any. Almost all serve lunch starting at 11am. With prep time I'm sure shifts start at these locations before 10 am.

I worked FSFB for my first program at Coral Reef Restaurant in Epcot. The restaurant only served lunch and dinner, and was opened from 11:30am-9pm. The earliest I ever had to be there was 11am (unless we had a meeting, then it was 10:30am), and the latest I ever stayed was 10:30pm. However, if you end up getting trained as a General Teller (which I did), depending on how your particular restaurant operates, you could be there as late as 1am on the days you GT.
