DH and I own a small business and pay many of our bills with a Barclays US Airways (hometown airline) CC to earn miles for travel. We made several big capital expenditures a couple months ago on the CC and should have earned 35,000 miles that month.
The miles show up on our CC bill and online CC account (and paid in full), and a phone call to Barclays confirms they were earned and sent to US Airways.
But they didn't credit into our US Airways frequent flier account!!
I have made several phone calls, sent screenshots of the two accounts not matching and they are perpetually "investigating" by e-mailing Barclays.
I need those miles to have firm dates before I can book anything! Meanwhile, I have watched Free Dining be announced and availability probably slipping away. I want to go to WDW end of September, so dining reservations are filling or full (no BOG, for sure). And that magic 60-day FP+ window approaches.
So this is mostly a rant to people who understand my computerized pacing/stalking of my frequent flier account, and a bit of a plea to anyone who has any tips how to get this resolved!!! I am going to try Barclays again but have limited hope of reaching anyone who has the power to push a button and fix it.
