Curious to know how the Frozen Sing-A-Long is at DCA? If anyone has been recently, I would love to know how far ahead to line up to get a good enough seat...thanks!:)

We went after Christmas when the parks were very busy and went to the Frozen area at Rope drop right after getting RSR Fast passes. There are Fast passes available for the sing along but CM's said we didn't need any for the first show. We were allowed inside to a waiting space about 30 min. before show time. If you love Frozen it's worth a stop. The sisters do make a live appearance. My DD10 liked the snow play area with Olaf meet and greet better.

The sing along is in the Muppets theater but the whole area has activities. Stage 17 has the Olaf's M&G and snow play area. At night, the Freeze the night dance party takes place in the outdoor area by the theater where the old Mad Tea party was. Our favorite activity was the Olaf snow fest and M&G.

I have been reading been reading about Anna/Elsa. & Olaf in DCA requires fast passes too. Does anyone know if these are connected also? How about Frozen Fantacy Faire show-connected to fast pass system??

I haven't heard about this….. Where is it at? DCA?

Thanks so much for all of your input!! We leave in 20 days can't wait!!:thumbsup2

We just got back yesterday. We saw the show. It's a must for the kids. Very interactive. A cast member told us to get the fast pass because the stand by line is not a guarantee for the next show. Fast passes have priority. FYI the fast pass is a attraction pass not a show pass. So if you have a fast pass for another ride you have to wait till the time printed on the pass you have allows you to get another ride fast pass. I hope this helps.

This is exactly what I wanted to know - thank you so much!:cool1:

I'm kind of amused by the people who say they and their kids enjoyed the snow play area.

We live in the "great white North" (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) where the entire province is basically a snow play area for 6 months of the year. We were at Disneyland over Christmas, and my two daughters looked at me like I was nuts when I suggested they play in the snow while waiting their turn with Olaf.

I can understand, however, that playing in the snow might be fun for those of you who aren't forced to shovel the stuff for half the year...

We liked the snow play area more because it's so pretty in there than that there was snow. The snow just made it difficult to walk around and got my shoes all wet. It was fun sledding without lots of gear on though :)

If you get a fast pass for the show you will have no trouble getting into the theater. We got there about 20 minutes before start time and were fine. It is a super cute show.

What time did you get your fast pass? Did you just pick that up 20 min before the show?

We got a fastpass for the 10:30 show at around 9:45 and walked in around 10:25 no problem.
