Frozen Ever After Standby Question

We were only able to get FPs for Frozen Ever After for late in the day on our last day in WDW. I'm trying to figure out how to attempt standby for this earlier in the week. Does it not open until WS opens at 11, or is it open for lines at regular park opening? Thanks!

Here's what DH & I did when we were there in January. Started at HS for EMH (were there at rope drop front of th pack) went on Toy Story Mania and then hopped to Epcot. By the time the boat let us off at Epcot the park was just opening. We entered from the resort entrance and went right over to Frozen. From entrance to Epcot to exit from Frozen ride it was about 45 minutes (we don't walk very fast lol)
