How is WDW about opening attractions on the date they say they will? I'll be there from May 16-23 and I've heard the scheduled open is on May 1st. How likely do you think it'll open before I'm there?

That May 1 date is only a rumor, nothing official has been announced by Disney. So no, I wouldn't plan a trip around it being open until an official announcement has been made.
