For Frozen Ever After, is 11AM the earliest fastpass time available? Did I see that somewhere before?

Used to be. I think FPs are now available at regular park opening.

The background is that although the World Showcase officially opens at 11 AM, FEA starts running at park open. Originally, FP's for FEA would only start at 11 AM, and FEA was stand-by only until 11 AM. The change to starting FP's at 9 AM made more FP's available, but has likely increased morning stand-by times.
