Hello,

I understand there is a hoedown in the Frontierland streets at different times during the day at MK. Has anyone been a part of this? What's it like... how much fun?

Thanks!

yep, there's a hoedown a couple of times a day. There's dancing mainly, square dancing and the hokeepokee....good lord I'm having flashbacks of putting my whole self in awwwwww......not sure of the times, but you can ask the Cms. There are some characters- mostly the bears from CountryBears...it's fun especially for the little kids, lots of interaction for them...

We did this!

It was really cute and the kids thought it was very fun. We happened to be walking through frontierland and noticed a group of cowboys and cowgirls were in the middle of the street. They gathered the children and started teaching them how to dance. It was really, really cute and the kids had a blast. It was fun watching the kids trying to learn the dances. I don't remember if there were characters there or not.

Then they gave them a sticker that said something about "I... at the frontierland hoedown." I wish I could remember more. I have pictures and I saved the sticker, but I am so far behind in my scrapbooking, I haven't gotten to them yet. :o
