Frontier - refund?

Anyone dealing with changing flights on frontier? I know they say no change fee and to call but I’d rather not tie up the lines for people who are flying in the next two weeks - my flight isn’t til April 12 but would like to cancel and just receive a refund, not credit. Not sure this will happen... Wonder if anyone has spoken to Frontier?

Pretty sure it said credit only in the policy notice I received. But I'm not looking to cancel so I haven't tried.
