my son is going to be fishing on a jr fishing excursion from 10:15-11:15... and i want to make a hair app't for dd at bibbidi bobbidi boo boutique at the world of disney in dtd... what time should i aim for the hair app't?

I'm assuming that your ds is going to be fishing at YC? So, he gets off the boat at 11:15, gather stuff, head to the front of the resort to catch the bus.. about 11:40 now. You could be at DTD by 12:15ish (or in that neighborhood) I would try for an apt around 12:45-1:00, just to be on the safe side.
