From WDW to Port, then to Airport?

I have a complex transportation issue that I am hoping someone has some insight on. We are staying at a WDW resort for 6 nights, and then departing on a 3 night Disney cruise. This is NOT a land/sea package. We have Magical Express set up for our arrival to the resort, but how do we get to the port, upon resort check-out, and then back to the airport after the cruise? Does Disney help with this or are we on our own?

Thanks for your help!:confused3

You have a few options, depending on how many are in your group. Disney has a cruise line shuttle bus, but it leaves from only a few resorts. It's about $70 pp, r/t. It will take you to port and then to the airport after the cruise.
You can arrange for a car service, but that will run you about $200.
Or you could rent a car at WDW, drive to port, either return the car there, or leave it in the cruise parking lot (about $15 a day). If you choose to return the car, rather than pay for parking as well as the rental cost, you can get a ride back to the ship from most rental companies, and then a ride back to their rental office when you get off the ship, to rerent a car for the trip back to MCO.
