It's not that I got up early, I just haven't been to bed.

Here’s something interesting I found that gives info on our ship, but also provides a link to track our location. About half-way down on the left, there is a link that says current vessel's track.

THat is EXACTLY what happened. We floated by sideways and watched the waves crashing on the dock and breakwater. It was pretty obvious there was no way we were going in.

Sad that you weren't able to dock at Castaway Cay. Hope you had a good time in Aruba.

Sunny warm 80's is much better than snow.

The 32 people who went on the Banana Bus had a SUPER time in Aruba. We went the whole length of the island, fromt he California Lighthouse to Baby Beach, and the entire width, as well. Every main road - we got so much information, it was incredible - Albert was a fabulous guide! Love love LOVE Aruba! Baby beach was protected, shallow, warm. the North coast looked a lot like Maine - rough, rocky and wild. But the rocks were coral and pillow lava, not granite. I can't say enough good about Aruba. Our day was terrific.

Now, we have a tail wind and following seas on our way west, so we're making some serious time headed for the canal zone.

I see the Wonder outside the Gatun lock. Watching through the Pancam. The camera is position about 11:00 oclock portside. I am able to print pics as it progresses thru.

Panama day was wonderful - like one big all day deck party! Some people clung to the bow like limpets, but others (Like me) rotated from deck 10 to deck 4 to <gasp> even inside out of the sun!

Costa Rica is beautiful with lots of rugged mountains and beautiful scenery. There are also lots of snakes (we didn't see any) lots of traffic, and lots of bumpy dusty dirt roads. I don't think I like bus excursions much.

Today, we are at sea. It will forever be known as the day of the Dolphins - Dozens of them, leaping out of the water on both sides of the ship. It was chilly this morning (probably about 75) but a harbinger of things to come.

Tonight is pirate night. Dimples is all dressed up and ready to go out!

We saw the captain up on deck 9. If you're up here, sir, who is driving? He looked at his watch, then back at me and said seriously "Goofy".
