It's cold and rainy here in N. Alabama, too. But Christmas Day is typically sunny and warm enough to play outside, so I expect a warm up later this month.

Sounds like your weather is a lot like ours for Christmas! Warm and sunny! I stopped giving sweaters as gifts....just not cool enough! LOL

I don't think you can remove a poll. The only way we can do it is to start a new thread. But we don't want to do that until we have 250 pages or 3750 posts and they close this thread....so lets get posting!!!!!!

Yes, summer officially started on 1 Dec. But the hottest months are typically Jan and Feb. I shouldn't complain about Sydney weather really, but when it's too hot, I can't function!

Shushh, being bored at work is EXACTLY why I highly recommend retirement!!!!

It's not that I "DO" a lot every day - it's just that what I do do takes so much time! We've been trying to trim the Christmas tree for three days. By the time I went to the gym, came home, had breakfast, took a little snooze because I woke UP for some unknown reason at 3:30 am, had a shower, got dressed to go out, had lunch 20 miles away that lasted two hours, stopped at Walmart, came home, we both took a nap, did some photo editing, got in the post, made supper - dang the day was totally gone and I had put like 3 ornaments on the tree, and accomplished absolutely NOTHING beyond my workout. Who has time to get bored?? NOT ME!
