From WDW To DL With Love - January 06, 2011

I hate my computer sometimes. I get a whole message typed then it backs up to the last screen. Uggh! Happy Halloween everyone. Just got back from a few days in Las Vegas and freezing our butts off. Didnt think to pack jackets or long sleeves so we had to hit up the thrift store. Then I found the Disney outlet and bought another jacket, warm jammies and assorted stuff I didnt need, but had to have. Good to be home. DH has an angiogram on Monday so wish us luck. This is his 3rd, he already has 3 stents so might be getting another one.

I got mine from rebooking on the Magic last week. It also showed the Canal. Think someones head rolled over that one?

Did you have any trouble keeping your cabin assignment from your original reservation when you rebooked? I'm going to try and rebook our on our Nov. 15th cruise.

No, we still have our room. I do not know what she did but she did it for both our cruises we have booked. So now we have the onboard booking incentives for the Sep transatlantic and the panama canal.

Just checking in to say HI!

Been very busy working all the extra shifts I can to pay for our Europe cruise in July and this one while season is here at the hospital.

Beth is doing volleyball and soccer team so driving everyone to and fro...

Were staying 2 nights next weekend in cabin at FW, anyone going to be at WDW then?

Hope everyone had a safe Halloween , not my fav holiday but had block party with friends that was nice .

Got some really cute Mickey material , im soooo not a sewer but something im going to try and make for FEs and Xmas presents for our disney friends.

We confirmed our cruise on the Wonder yesterday! We live in Fl so we will drive to PC and then fly SW home. We will also stay at DL too have to wait until June for that. I have read 90 pages so far!

Isn't food and wine the best. I love that event. Just trying thing from all of the countries. The only thing I hate about it is that it is very easy to break your bank on food and wine. Well just about time to have a bite before my first day at work since Oct. 13. Honestly lookng forward to going back. Ifvanyone will be at WDW Dec 8-11 let me know. Also for those going to Disneyland next weekend, it should be very crowded as it is a holiday weekend.

Sounds like my kinda heaven, we were out for dinner last night, I skipped the dessert and had chees and bikkys instead,yum,yum

Grey misty day in the north east. We made it to Newark, DE, with a stop at Campmor and another at Winterthur Gardens. Tonight, dinner at Ali Baba. YUM.

Just PM me your image number from tigfanjeff's website. I will ask him to leave the current images unless you tell me otherwise, so that they may be used should someone want to make a stateroom door magnet, etc.

I just wanted to say again, I don't think we should pick one logo, and just use them all. This is just the way I feel. I like all of them. I think they all should be used. I think people should just use the one they like best if they want to use one at all. I see no need for one to be picked. Because I feel this way I will not be participating in the poll. Sorry if this came off wrong, I just don't like the idea.

We don't have to have one specific logo if that's what the majority wants. The main reason for having a logo that represents the cruise is so that anyone wearing the logo on a shirt or having it on a magnet on their door will be instantly recognized by the rest of us.

In the past someone would make a logo early on and that was simply adpoted by everyone else.

I have no problem cancelling the poll and letting everyone pick whichever one they want.

Please remember there may be some problems getting a logo printed on a shirt that has copy writed characters, etc on it.

I reall think this is what we should do. All the logos are on the web page and we all know what they look like, so we should be able to easily identify each other.

Its funny what different cultures/ people call things. That's not even close to what my (very) traditional Polish family would consider stolen! But even among my family there is differences in stolen...

As far as the logo...I really like the idea of one main logo for t-shirts, siggies and stuff. We can use whatever other logos we want for magnet and such. If we plan on getting t-shirts, it would be nice for them look the same as a group. Just my thought.

Thanks for the understanding Denise. I just feel since this is not a new bussines or anything like that, that only needs one logo there is no need to single one out. Becieds if you want everone to know we are from the same group, just put disboards.com on all of them and problem solved. On a different note: Denise it was a great to meet you and your hubby.
