Morning all!

Not sure if this came up before, but I heard that when there are not as many kids that they will open up the Lab to adults (some friends of mine made flubber).

If that's true....:cool1:

Here I am making flubber. They tell you not to eat the glue, but I didn't listen.

Going to SeaWorld on Saturday to load up on candy and goodies. I'm hoping it will be cool enough for DD to wear her Stitch costume. If not she will be a pirate princess again. I think I have a pirate princess outfit for her in almost every size until she's 8! Stocked up at GoodWill and thift shops after Halloween. So I hope Disney doesn't end pirate night any time soon.

This is DD from our Feb cruise on pirate night.

And they let you drive a monorail!! I think I'll take the boat/bus from now on. :rotfl2: j/k

I assure you, my ability to handle a 40 ton monorail is significantly better than my ability to follow the instructions of some guy in a blue wig telling me how to make flubber. Especially after a bottle of wine at dinner. :)

Ok you lost me with the sci-fi speak. Not a fan. I do love William Shatner in the Priceline commercials. Does that count?? All I know is that if you are in the landing party - don't be the guy in the red shirt!

Then you know all there is to know!

Love it! It's one of the main things you need to know about Star Trek. If they put you in a red shirt, don't go on ANY away missions. You won't be coming back.

I have been away from my computer for a couple of days, so sorry this is delayed, but....

I too LOVE Star Trek Next Generation, particularly Picard and Data. I have to agree with the Borg as well. They are the coolest bad guys!! First Contact is my favorite with one of my favorite lines albeit by data and not picard - "0.68 seconds sir. For an android, that is nearly an eternity."

You know typing it really does not do it justice.

I was picturing the scene as i read the quote! I really liked Data in Generations. He is quite funny with his emotion chip. "I just love scanning for life forms. (singing) Life Forms....you tiny little life forms...you precious little life forms....where are you...

My favorite Next Generation quote?

Data's "Ode to Spot"

Yes, I memorized the whole thing.....................

You can test me on the ship.................

.

That is awesome!

"Jean Luc, Blow up the damn ship!" is far and away my favorite. First Contact was absolutely awesome.

This is my favorite Star Trek scene in any movie or TV show. I have basically memorized the whole thing with the amount of times I watched it. there is just so much packed into that little scene.

Oh my gosh!!!!!! So adorable!!!!!

My mom and I are getting a mini vacation and going to Epcot tomorrow for F&W. We're staying overnight at the Yacht Club, dinner is at Kouzzina. Jeff is driving up Saturday with Jack. His wonderful stepmom is going to watch Jack while my Mom, Jeff and I go to Party for the Senses.
It's a hard life, someone has to do it....

Well, the weekend is almost here!! What does everyone have planned???

We fly home on Sunday, just 1 day short of 6 weeks of vacation!!! :sad:I don't want to go, but at last I am resigned to having to. So, some washing and packing before then. Hopefully we will do some swimming in the villa pool too.:)

Well, the weekend is almost here!! What does everyone have planned???

Going to a Harvest Festival Saturday.
Sunday is DH's birthday -- but we have a wedding that day, so we're celebrating throughout the weekend (and having a belated b-day party around Halloween)

It's supposed to be stormy and cold all weekend, so I guess we'll stay in and do the usual. Pool and gym. Clean. Scrapbook. Watch sports on TV. Surf the internet. Read.

Last weekend was quite active all weekend, so it will be ok that it's quiet. Can't you always find something around the house to be done? We sure can.
