Kay - any room in that life boat for me!!?

Question - attempted to fill out our online registration forms at DCL website but the flight information form won't accept that I am only flying one way. Any one else having this problem?? If so, did you find a solution? thanks.

Still have to find a way home from LA - maybe I will go check those flight prices. Only works though if we fly directly to Fresno - otherwise we have to enlist the help of friends to drive 2 + hours to get us. Maybe they will have missed us enough to do it!?

The same thing happened to me. I found out it was because I am flying into MCO the day before the cruise. DCL fixed the problem with only one phone call! Just give them a call.

Just wanted to share with everyone. DH decided that he would not be happy with just a porthole in the room so we upgraded to a Navigators Verandah last week.

Quick Question. If we are flying in several days early and staying at a Disney hotel do we still need to give DCL our flight info. I already have magical express booked from the airport to the hotel and our transfers are hotel to port?

Soooooooo excited I got my DSLR......My Canon Rebel T2i. I am very excited......santa even brought me two lenses to go with my new camera. I must have been a good girl this year!!!
I am soooooooo ready for this vacation.

Can't wait to see some of those pictures!!

Plenty of room. They accommodate 150 people Feel free to download the image and add it to your sig if you want.

I didn't bother putting in my flight info. They don't really need it.

I would love to try a Navigators verandah, but the rooms only accommodate 3 and we are a family of 4. Maybe one day DH and I could cruise without the kids . As if they would let us - "Mum, Dad, That's so unfair"

My parents will be driving from my house (So. Cal) to their house (Nor Cal) the day after the cruise...do you want me to see if they are willing to take you on the way back up?

I was able to fill out the registration for a one way flight, but I did it so long ago that I can't remember how. I do know that I did not run into any problems.

We did that cruise also and had a blast......

Also noticed you are from So.Cal....where at exactly?? We live in Rossmoor a small community within Los Alamitos......

It truly would be a small world if we live close to each other and were on the same cruise last year.......

I loved sailing past the visitor areas at the locks on the PC. This is a video taken of us going through in May 2008 by someone at one of these(probably the one above) He posted it on Youtube.

DH got an SLR after watching one of our tablemates use hers . And that would be Laura! We need to get him a lens for close shots though.

I didn't have any problems putting in one way air when I did it last spring. I didn't even enter our flights for 12/22 - just didn't think they needed to know that. I figure if I am using their transportation, they need to know but after that - TMI in my opinion.

Good morning all Another humid day here in Sydney - we should get some more storms I guess. That should be fun when I'm running After School Care this afternoon.... not !

DD1 finishes her exams today, so now I need to think of a way to break the surprise to them ! Eeeek ! I would have liked to do it before I go away this weekend, but timing doesn't allow, so it'll probably be Thursday next week - maybe I can make a cake ? ACK ! Any ideas anyone ?

Aubrey - welcome to the NVC Club What deck will you be staying on ?

PC Crossing - can someone tell me what deck height will get to be level with the land as we go through the locks ? I've seen some pics on TRs that show the walls of the locks through a porthole on deck 3, I think.... Given we're on deck 5, how far off the ground will we be ? Does that make sense ?

I'll be on here on and off during the day - Dh is home from work sick (although I can tell you now, he's nowhere near sick enough to warrant the day off - far less than what I had last week, and I still managed to get to work each day....). I'm also going to lunch with the olds - I'll get to hear what illness / condition they have this week
