I would like feedback from peeps on the Panama Canal Certificates.
We can put the name of the ship's captain on the certificates that we get.
I have not been able to get confirmation from
DCL as to who the captain is on the crossing, despite a few attempts. Several people have reported that Captain Henry will be our captain. So I am in a quandary.
I can either put on the certificates that Captain Henry is the Captain on our voyage. This might be correct, or it might not be (or could change closer to the date) in which case all the certificates will be wrong. Or I can leave the Captain's name off the certificate and people can write that in themselves when on board and/or get the captain to sign it.
What do you think?
a) Put down Captain Henry as the Captain and keep fingers crossed that it is correct and nothing changes.
or
b) Not put the name of the captain on the certificate so that we can all write it on our own certificates onboard.
Please let me know what you think. I am inclined to go with b, but wanted to see what everyone else thought.

p.s. Final reminder to our long time PC cruisers and a quick note to those that are new. I will be closing off the order for the PC certificates at the end of October. If you are interested in ordering, details are on page 1 including links to see what you would be getting and the link to where to place the order.
Once I have closed off the order and passed it onto the supplier, I will have an accurate cost back from them and will then request payment when the final number is known.
