I was in the middle of booking when "something" happened and now I'm locked out for the next 20 minutes. I don't understand why they do that and don't just make you log out and log back in again. At least I got Palo Brunch reserved, and I think a couple of excursions too.

Just booked everything--Wahoo!!!!:cool1::banana::woohoo:

Congrats! We have to wait until October..I could kick myself..last year we were at WDW and could have taken a 3 day cruise making us Gold..we didn't and now we are sorry! :headache:

I was logged in right now though to grab my Palo Brunch and spa treatment for the 2 night to no where cruise..we splurged for a concierge cabin to celebrate so we got to grab them tonight.

DONE! Everything completed including spa! W0000t! It actually starting to seem real now...it's still very very surreal though.

That booking experience was so nice compared to past times - site was responsive and everything we wanted was available.

It is, indeed, beginning to become "real". :cool2:

I am a huge horse fan. Competed for many years. I know Secretarit comes out in a few weeks. What would the chance be to have it on the big screen during CR? We are staying onboard. I am sure it will be shown in the theater but seei it on the Big Screen would be fantastic?
Lexi

"Secretariat" was shown on the DVC Member Cruise last week. It proved so popular that two extra showings were added. If you like horses or horse racing, don't miss this movie. Yes, we all know how it ends, but you will be rooting for Secretariat to win each race.

Sorry to be late in responding, but we just got home from WDW Monday evening and I started catching up at page 105. I just finished page 170 - and hope to keep up now.

We are going on the volcano (all 3 of us) and are looking forward to it. our secret is that we're bringing the cribbage board and books =) Would love to have people to chat with on the bus though! (you know ...the ones from here :))

We booked the Rain Forest Aerial Tram in Puntarenas. I'm thinking one of the Beach Resorts for Manzanillo. Anyone else planning to go to one of these, if so which one?

Well we got what we wanted somewhat. First off because we have five rooms linked together, we could only book Palo brunch for DW and me. My mom we couldn't because she will not be gold till Oct 21. We got the brunch we want but had to settle for tea on the last day. The bad thing we couldn't book for our friends. It maybe time to call in a few favors.

We were going to until I noticed that we will be in Manzanillo from noon til 9. That time frame didn't seem very "beachy" to me so we are going horseback riding instead. In Costa Rica we are doing the zipline & tram, scuba in Aruba, outdoor adventure in PV and the whale watching with this group in Cabo--it really is starting to feel real now! A few more days and the countdown goes to double digits!

I was able to book everyone in our party (even though 4 out of 8 are silver)for all the Palo stuff, but not for excursions. The only problem I ran into with Palo was that we are a party of eight but you could only go up to four for tea and six for everything else.

Yeah, all the Beach Resort excursions are 12:30-6:15/6:30. But we're limited in what we can do with a 3 year old. We're already planning to stay on the ship or maybe just wander around a bit in PV. So we wanted to do "something" in Manzanillo. Oh well, I guess we have time to make the final decision.

Looks like all the Tea times in Palo are already taken. It shows "No reservations currently available" for me. But that's okay. DH and I decided we don't want to do tea again, just didn't think it was worth it the last time we cruised.

I don't think it was my party size. It said, because you have 5 or more staterooms linked, you may only reserve for your stateroom and each reservation must be seperatly retrieved. Well in my whole group DW and I are the only ones that are Gold.

We might be doing the horseback riding in Manzanillo if it's still available by the time us Silver folks get to book our excursion.

I think it will be Sail & Snorkeling in Aruba, Monteverde Trainforest in Puntarenas, Las Caletas Hideway for Puerto Vallarta, probably will do the whale watching in Cabo and if I can squeeze in the Blown Glass Company.

Anyone have info on the Monteverde 'Trainforest'?

I doubt it has anything to do with the CC level as I had the same problem last year when I had 7 cabins linked. If you have more then 4 cabins linked then each cabin has to book their stuff separately. If I would have known that I would have linked them up differently.

Also I forgot. I am not doing the rafting. I am to worried about the infects and not being able to use reolent, and I really don't want to sit on a bus for two hours each way. Hey the way I look at it is that's $79 more I can use at the bar.
