Can some one explain..... I went to Dreams unlimited to get my DCL conf #. There was a message in red stating I was receiving concierge level service and could start calling 109 from sail date. I have a 9A room. Is this a mistake or did I win something? It wasn't there when I PIF.

I waited 90 mon for Space Mountain. It was worth it. They added a really cool new sound and light projections to the outside of the building at night. Really cool. The on board audio was really spooky and intense. I had a Fastpass for the Mansion so that was not bad. When I got there about 3:00 all the fastpasses for Space Moutain were gone.

Update on bracelets:

I found a company with resonable prices, $1.50 a piece. I can order adult and youth (don't have deminsions). They will be green with "From WDW to DL with Love" on the front and "January 2011" on the back, with the Mickey silhouette. I will be mailing them out early November, so everyone should have them to wear at WDW and the port. The price includes the bracelet and US postage. If you live abroad, please add an extra $1. You can either send me a check or deposit the money in my Paypal account.

Welcome!!! I graduated from UTA almost 7 years ago when we lived in Fort Worth.

Well, I wish I could post some happy or entertaining anecdote, but unfortunately I am completely tapped. I woke up this morning to find that my older Brittany Aspen, had fallen in the pool and drowned. I motored through work on autopilot and now I have a wicked headache from crying all day. It's early but I feel like I've been up for days! So, I am off to bed to try and rest. Keep your loved ones close and tell them you love them every day (even the furry ones).

Seems to have been a strange week with everything going on. We have our own little oddity to add to everything. DH's dad was indirectly struck by lightning IN HIS TRUCK earlier in the week! I had always heard that you were safe in your vehicle He said it felt like a jolt up his left arm into the left side of his body. He didn't sustain permanent injury, but he did have temporary loss of feeling on the left side and the left side of his face was droopy. He's a truck driver and his truck is fried but the main thing is he is okay.

I had always heard that you were safe in your vehicle He said it felt like a jolt up his left arm into the left side of his body. He didn't sustain permanent injury, but he did have temporary loss of feeling on the left side and the left side of his face was droopy. He's a truck driver and his truck is fried but the main thing is he is okay.

We booked the Cabo Whale watching cruise this morning. There are now 30 spots left.

oh i'm so sorry to hear this. glad he's ok! i thouth i'd heard you were only safe if you were touching tnothing that touched metal but sounds like not.

The tour is the Coastal Highlight's tour, we took that the last PC Repo and really enjoyed it. This time around we are doing just the San Jose City tour as Nancy wants to spend some more time in the local jewelery shop

OK - still working out excursions like everyone else. I have a 3 year old so alot are out for us. We will be signing up for ziplining in PV for sure. Someone mentioned the glassblowing factory - where was that again?? I need to look at that. Whale watching should be good but 3 year old cannot go. DD10 and I really want to do the Teen surfing thing - so going to research another option as neither of us are teens....

If you find alternate surfing could you let me know? DD (12) and DS(13) both want to try it but DD is too young for the Disney excursion and DS and DD are very close. Last cruise the America's cup yacht sailing was listed as 10 and over and I booked it, then checked my reservation a few days later and it was gone. Phoned Disney and they said it was a mistake it should have been 12 and older so they cancelled it for me!!?? I argued that it was 10 and older when I booked it, checked the site again and it still said 10 and over. Disney flat out refused to let me book it even though their website STILL said 10 and over. NOT VERY DISNEY LIKE. I was so much more disappointed about the way they handled it than I was about not being able to do the excursion. Now DD cannot do the surfing through Disney. Grrrrrrrr!

I'm so sorry about your dog. What a terribly sad thing to wake up to. Hugs to you.

I hope to have information on the bracelets next week. Carly and I have started our own handcrafted jewelry business and I've been busy trying to get it off the ground.

Lasy cruise we ordered braclets from ebay and we had our names put on them as well as some cruise info. We might take this path again as the kids are now collecting them and they like the names. I will ask them what they want to do and let them decide.

Print it!!! See if you've been assigned a room number! Save an e copy! Book whatever you want NOW! Perhaps its an upgrade, perhaps it's a mistake! If it's Disney's mistake, in my experience, don't expect them to honour it. I LOVE Disney but that has been my experience!

Jimeny Cricket! I think a vehicle is the safest place. I cannot imagine the jolt he would have had if he hadn't been in a vehice...likely would have killed him! Lucky and unlucky at the same time! Speedy recovery!

If anyone wants to do horseback riding in PV I found a place called ElRanchoCharro. It is only $56 for 3 hours. With pick up near the ship and drop of near the ship..10% off if you book on line. Can ride English or Western. Pick up at 930am and return by 1pm. We plan to book later this weekend.

If it was on Dream's site - it may be a mistake but either way - definitely check into it and see if you can book!

OK question - long story - priceline error - hotel not too near the port - kinda bummed but going to make the best of it. What time does the port open?? I thought it was 10 or 10:30??

have to arrange transportation to the port. I don't want to wait for the 12 or 12;30 shuttle at the hotel.

Next - getting to the airport for flights out......
