For all you Dr Who fans who watched the Pandorica Opens last night (aired in the UK, won't air on BBC America for a few weeks still)
OMG
This week is going to be hard waiting for the second half!!!!

Happy Father's Day!!!

We're being lazy this morning too, but I need to get busy and make a lemon cake, black bottom cupcakes, salad and potato dish. Why am I still on DIS instead of getting to the store.

New Years Eve I always have to make 8 pans of lasagna for our annual neighborhood party, now I know who I should ask to help.;)

That sounds yummy!

Another lazy day here! DH has to work all day/night so I made him his father's day meal on Friday. He requested lasagna! So, I made one for that night, and one for the freezer. I always do that as it makes a great meal when I don't have time to prepare one. And I can't tell the difference from the fresh one from the frozen one!

I have to go out of town this week so I am making sure I freeze some for him to have while I am gone! :rotfl2:

Do tell...wait, don't tell...oooOOOooo...after last night's BBC America:happytv:, will we ever see Rory? Does the Tartis (sp?) cause the CRACK? yikes...waiting, waiting...don't you just love the multi-part episodes? the waiting:confused3:rolleyes1:rolleyes1:eek:

hey alan, in general, leaving LAX, do you think it's better to purchase a ticket on a sunday vs a monday, pricewise? i believe typically, airlines release new flights/prices on mondays, but we're afraid the flight we're looking at will jump in price. already, from friday to today, the flight we really wanted jumped from $445 to $525! so we are looking at a different flight now.

btw, international flight here, to canada, not domestic. and obviously, not on southwest. and we have a few carrier options.

Most of the time, honestly it is so hard to tell these days. I say you have a 50/50 shot waiting. I do not want to be held accountable for bad advice on this one.

It's a moist chocolate cupcake with a cream cheese/chocolate chip filling, yummy!

Mmmmm, sounds wonderful. Could you let me have the recipe?

I think it was the best episode this series and can't wait till Saturday!!!!! I love the new Doctor. Shame some of the writing hasn't been the best and the odd episode a bit poor. But, did I say i love the new Doctor?????:lmao:

It's TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimension In Space).

The Rory storyline is amazing. Incredibly sad yet wonderful. You will see him again. Well maybe :rolleyes1
The Silurian episodes were amazing. Steven Moffat (the lead writer for Dr Who now) is one of my favorite writers. He wrote hands down the best sit-com ever- Coupling. Absoluelty not for children, but probably the funniest thing ever put out on BBC.

We just booked our room at GC for after the cruise. Woohoo!

And, Happy Belated Father's Day to the dads out there. I didn't even touch my computer yesterday. DD and I made mickey pancakes yesterday for DH.

We're booked at VGC too! Pre and post hotels booked...now just watching those airfares!

Sure, I'll send it later tonight.

Hey Alan ~ Have you seen/heard about/met this guy? Someone sent this video to me and I thought I'd share it with everyone. I absolutely hate to fly, but this would make my flight a little more enjoyable...

I've been on one of his flights, I can't remember if it was San Diego to Sac or Orange Co to Sac, but he was great.

:sad1:
You guys got there first. I'm on a wait list for GC for the 21st. Also trying to get a studio....not many of them to begin with.
