From Port Canaveral to Universal Hotel?

I don't want to use uber or lyft, what are other options? Never cruised before so not sure how the port is or anything. I was thinking of just taking Disney shuttle back to the airport and then getting on Universal's shuttle. If we did that, what time should I book the Universal shuttle? Thanks!

You could just get a car service to take you straight to Universal. That way they are out there waiting for you when you get off.

We have used Tiffany Town car but there are many out there.

Just got off the Wish, we used Orlando Magical Rides, for our 3-legged trip (MCO to Disney resort, then to the Port, and then from the Port back to MCO. They were fabulous.

We rented a car in FLL and dropped it off at our Universal resort. All the Universal hotels have Avis rentals. You can rent from Avis at PC.
