As someone who hasn't been in a Disney Store in (gasp!) 3 years, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

(Good thing I have Disney trips for the occasional fix)

I love all the pictures! Looks like you guys had a GREAT time at the Atlanta meet!!

Actually, it's only an hour! I'll have to let you know the next time I am in the area (but we'll definitely drive to St Louis together too...you're not off the hook on this one MeMom!)

The meet was so much fun yesterday! It was so great to see MeMom, Heather, and Jill again and meet everyone else! I was a little nervous at first because Connor had his nose stuck in a book -- I couldn't help wondering if he was going to be anti-social, but he finally put his book away when it was time to decorate cupcakes. Connor cracked me up keeping an eye on Bella. He was bound and determined to be her "keeper." He loved feeding her his leftover french fries!

On the way home, Chelsea and Connor ate their brownies and declared them the best they had ever eaten!!!

We must do it again sometime!

Connor was a big help. Both your kids were/are terrific, CP!

I meant for everyone to take all the cupcakes with them, but there were several left. We ended up trashing them.

Awww! It looks like such a fun time yesterday! I really wanted to drive up and meet everyone. It would have been a ton of gas...and I'm saving every extra $$ for our trip in 21 days !!

All of those treats look extra Yummy!

We will do it again. Trent said the drive wasn't as bad as he thought. We're also staking out some places in the panhandle to meet in the middle.

We were thirsty for a Disney Store trip.
Knowing what it is like now not to have one, I try to take a lot of pictures to share with others in the same boat when I do get a chance to get to one.

It will happen. It's just a matter of when. I was thinking late in the school year. January and February are out because of weather. In March, we're going to Disney World. We are hoping to go back to WDW in late July this year, so a late April/Mayearly June mini-trip would be nice in between.

We just ate breakfast together and saw him off. He's got to work this afternoon.

I hope it will work out for us to babyswap Tower of Terror in March. Since we'll have a friend with us, we can each take a turn and she can ride both times. She loves that ride.

Looking at the shopping pictures reminded me of the things I wish I had bought. Now I will need to fight the temptation of going back to the store to buy them. My nephew and his wife are having their first child in Feb. The first baby in the family in 22 years, it was so hard not to buy things for the baby.

It is not sounding like your adventure was a good one.

Wigd is having no luck with her veggie hunt. She said she could get one on ebay for around FIFTY bucks!!!

Oh every disney trip is a good one. This one was a bit different since my DS was along. He is growing up and wanted space so I gave it to him. We made memories, some great, some funny and some well let's just say we will talk about them but they don't fit in the great or funny catagory

I do believe i will try to stick to disney in cooler werather. I think this trip was brutal weather wise. Even more than July, if that is possible.

Looks like such a fun meet. I want to go to one! Anyone for a Rainforest Cafe in Nashville when it finally reopens? The pictures are so great. I miss our Disney store so much. Abby and I have American Girl Doll lunch reservations in Atlanta in a few weeks and we will be hitting the Disney store at the mall. Can't wait.

WOW!!!! Such a fun meet!!!!! The decorating looked like a fun time and the cookies looked delicious!!!! They should be a feature at Main Street Bakery!! The picture of Bella eating the cookie was so cute!!!
Was the Disney store able to handle all of the Disers at once?!! Loved seeing all of the photos.....got my shopping fix. And it was cheap!!!

I miss our Disney Store. I need to make a trip to New Orleans, they still have one.

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to say that my family had a wonderful time at the DIS meet yesterday. It was our first time meeting anyone that was there so we now feel like we have a whole bunch of new friends. As we were coming up the escalator I spotted Brooklynn. I felt as if I already knew her since I have been looking at pictures of her since she was a baby.

When we arrived Charleston Princess, MicandMinForever, and of course MeMom, and Broklynnsmommy were already there. They had found a perfect spot for us to hang out, talk and decorate cupcakes.

Everyone was so friendly and sweet....just as I suspected. I took a bunch of pictures...they pretty much tell the story.

Here is MeMom and sweet Bella decorating a cupcake...

My DD, Allison with 2 chocolate cupcakes..... She was helping set up the cupcakes for Trent's 'Happy Birthday' wish.

Then reelmom and her family came. Her boys along with my DS, Justin decorated some more cupcakes

A few minutes later Hrlbaby and her beautiful family joined us. Let me just say, she looks terrific after just having a baby 6 weeks ago.

A short while after I look up and see another familiar face....Trent.
Obviously, someone is happy to see him.

Trent was talking about being out and about in one of the parks at WDW and he will hear his name. He said he feels famous because of his mom's TRs and the DIS. That is kinda crazy!
