Okay, so we originally had planned on doing a family vacation in October, however, I started feeling very guilty about taking DD, who will be in 4th grade, out of school! SO.... we just decided to bump the trip up just a little 
! Usually we fly, but since we splurged BIG TIME on our last trip a year ago we decided to attempt to do a budget trip! DH, myself, DD, DS along with my parents are going to rent a van bite the bullet and drive down! I have been racking my brain for travel activities for the kids, because the ride from Michigan isn't a short one 
- so any tips would be greatly appreciated (I purchased a lap desk along with coloring activities and games)!!! One thing that I am excited about is the flexibility of having our own vehicle and explore some restaurants off site. I would really love some feedback on some unique restaurants that my kids might enjoy that are offsite and I have ADR's to Chef Mickeys, Garden Grill, Ohana's and Liberty Tree Tavern. I was just blown away of what restaurants are still available during our travels, including a morning at the CRT!!! Hopefully this is a sign that our trip, Feb 24 to March 5, will be low crowds!!! An early thank you to everyone for their input!!! Part of me is excited for the drive, however the other part of me is kind of nervous about the drive with our two kids
