From Int'l Drive to Downtown Disney

Need some help. My mom decided she wants to go to Cirque but we are staying offsite. We won't have a car. What's the best and easiest way to get to Downtown Disney from International Drive?
I saw the Lynx transportation site, but it stops at other places.

Told mom about taxis or towncars, but she thinks it will be expensive. Any suggestions (or confirmations that towncars are better than Lynx).

I can't imagine a towncar not being better than a city bus.
It just depends on what you want to spend for transportation.
