I think the emh for all parks for disney guests is supost to start soon, extra 30 minutes before hand. So, probably the same hours as now , I've saw they have been opening up early, but only for resort guests.
They had two boats running this past Tuesday morning. We got to the dock and had about 5 parties in front of us and by the time the boat got there approximately 15-20 parties were queued up and not all of them made it on the first boat. Plan to be there early and you should be good.
Dang that stinks. That puts you behind a lot of others getting there if they’re letting people in at 8 and you can’t even get on a boat until 8:30. Do you know how early the buses go?
The busses would start running an hour before park opening. And without FP, there is a lot of waiting to be done. We went in October and that was DW and I fourth trip, parks felt crowded, we will wait a long time to revisit.

We’re taking a baby that will be 12 months at the time lol. So we won’t be riding any big headliners. Our main goals are carousel, tea cups, and dumbo. The carousel will be our first thing to get to because it’s been having longer wait times. I’m just wanting to get there early so we can get some decent pictures, ride a few rides, and get back for his first nap
Went last week was very lucky. 45 minutes was our journey time from cabin to MK. Waited only few minutes for bus to marina - we were the only ones on - and waited a few minutes for boat to arrive. Only about 5 other people on boat. Was about 10am Sunday. Bus to Studios was a different story however due to inexperienced ECV getting on. I get it. Might be me one day. Just difficult with a 1 and 3 yr old LOL. 1 1/2 hour from leaving cabin to Studios. And that was taking golf cart to the settlement trading post to get the bus right to Studios. We survived.
45 minutes is good. I would always say it is "an hour". Sometimes it was 45 minutes and it seemed great. Other times it could be an hour fifteen and it didn't seem too bad.
