Okay, I just have to say that you are totes not crazy or anything--- I've gotten the cheesecake from Sci Fi a bunch of times, and it has NEVER looked like that!!!!!! I do really like red velvet cake though, so that still looks yummy!

And ohmigosh I want one of those brownies from Starring Rolls!

Today was a day full of yumminess, so here we go!!!

Day 4 MK!

We woke up bright and early and rearing to go, because today was our first time at Kona Cafe! We headed out of the French Quarter and onto the bus and then to the monorail once we got to MK. We were getting pretty good at the commute!

Let me just say that we love this restaurant, the food was so good, and we intend to come here many more times if we can.

First up drinks. We both ordered the Lilikoi juice which I believe is a passionfruit juice.

We both really liked the juice. I couldn't drink much though it gave me a little heart burn so I got a side of water.

For breakfast Scott ordered the Big Kahuna

He made sure to get the sausage this time, because of the infamous Disney bacon, that he had earlier in the trip, haha. Scott really like this, but he couldn't enjoy it fully because he kept starring at my entree and wished he had ordered it! He gave it a 2.2

I ordered, the Macademia Pineapple Pancakes because I knew we were coming back again for breakfast so I could order their signature dish later.

OMG these were to dieeeeeee for!!!! I loved these so much, seriously they are the best pancakes I have ever had in my life and I have had a lot of pancakes. I gave them a 3! They were flakey and yummy and buttery, all my favs! Oh and nuts were just the icing on top of a delicious set of cakes. I ate every bite so I knew I would be a bit sluggish when we headed to the park, but I didn't care.

After we rolled ourselves out of Kona we headed back to MK. We took it pretty slow most of the day and it was one of the hottest days during our trip, so it was the perfect time to have my first Dolewhip

It was cool and refreshing, because it was hot, and I can see why people like them, but I was having some pretty bad heartburn that day and I really wasn't digging the Dolewhip, plus the line was huge and it took about a half hour to get one. I might try a different flavor next time, but I do recommend them. On the snack scale we both gave this one a 2

We rode Mickey's Philaharmagic, which is one of our favs and couple of other rides before we realized that we were getting pretty hungry again. We didn't book a lunch that day and made an early dinner so we thought we could last, but we were soooo wrong, so...WE HEADED TO MAIN STREET BAKERY!!! This also another place we hadn't been so very exciting times.

It was so good, but it wasn't as fresh as we would have liked so next time we come here we will go in the morning when they are more fresh, but it was very good. We both gave it a 2

Next up was more rides and more fun. We walked around for quite and while, took in a couple of rides before we headed off to our Narcoossee's reservation! I was super excited about this one.

Such a pretty resort, it was our first time here as well!

We were seated after about 15 min because they were just opening up for dinner service. Our waiter was very prompt after we sat and we were greeted with lots of honeymoon pixie dust!

Our table was decorated with confetti, we got Mickey straws, and special keepsake menus! For starters were ordered drinks. Scott got the Ultimate Long Island Ice tea, which he said is the best he ever had, he gave it a 3

There's something weird about a Mickey straw in a alcoholic drink, haha!

I ordered the Magical Star Cocktail

I loved this thing! It was so tasty and I don't drink at all, so most drinks don't taste all that good to me most of the time. The leaf in it gave it this refreshing mint taste it was perfect I gave it a 2.7

Next came our bread and salted butter

Then we put in our appetizer orders. I got the Shrimp and Crab Chowder

OMG!! I think heaven cried tears into the bowl, because seriously I almost licked the bowl clean before Scott could snap picture. BEST. CHOWDER. EVVEEERRRRR! It was so tasty and full of flavor. 3 my friends is all I can say

Scott ordered the Lobster Spring Roll

He loved it, he didn't really care for the presentation, but that didn't matter he said it was absolutely delicious another 3

I was so excited to see an update- and with some of my favorite places, nonetheless! I LOVE those pineapple macadamia pancakes!! Your description of Narcoossee's chowder made me lmao! I can't wait to read more!!

For my entree I ordered the Shrimp and Scallop Fettuccine

I don't have words to explain this one...so I think I will SING!!! "Yummy, Yummy, Yummy I got love in my tummy!!!

So much goodness, so little time, I absolutely loved it! The sauce, the bruchetta, the noodles, everything was great about this 3!

Scott ordered the Surf and Turf, I believe it's lobster tail, mash potatoes, and steak.

Another home run for Narcoossees! Scott thought everything was full of flavor, he gave it a 3

On to dessert!

I ordered the Strawberry Lemon Tart

I really liked this a lot! I did not like it as much as the tart in France, but it was very good and because of that I only gave it a 2.5

Scott got the Almond Crusted Cheesecake

It came out really pretty. He really enjoyed this one, it was one of this favorite deserts he gave it a 2.9

We left the restaurant very full, but very happy. Here's a picture of the back of the restaurant

Ahhhh....we can't wait to go back. Though we were really full the day was not over, we had to head back to MK for Wishes and THE DESSERT PARTY at Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Stand. We took the monorail back to MK and walked around for a bit to walk the food off and then headed over to line up

We got very lucky we had a table right up front

This was such a fun experience and one of the highlights of our trip, it was so awesome to get such a close view. It is in a very intimate setting as well there were only about 25 of us or so. The tables are labeled too so no one can take your seat.

We started with drinks, there are a bunch, two kinds of lemonade, water, tea, ice tea, coffee, milk

the milk ran out very quick though so if your a milk drinker that goes first, haha!

I don't know exactly what everything is, but on my plate my fav was the chocolate musse with chocolate sticks in it with chocolate crust. The only thing I remember I absolutely hated was the thing on the table to the right of my plate. It was some kind of citrus thick creamy juice concoction or something, I didn't like that, but other than that everything was great. This experience I must say was definitely not for the food, it was for the view which was absolutely amazing and you didn't have to fight anyone for a look.

After a little while the shows began to start!

After the fireworks we sat for a bit to wait for the crowds to clear before we headed back. It was excellent day!

Glad to see a really positive review of Narcoossee's. The place is frequently panned as one of the worst signatures, but as of now I like it more than Flying Fish. The lobster spring roll and lemon tart look great, as does the pasta!
