From Airport to WDW with a return from HRH to Airport

We will be needing transportation from the Airport to the Polynesian but then will be transferring from WDW to the HRH so we will be leaving from a different location than where we were dropped off at. We will have 5 adults and 4 children. What would be the best way for us to go since we are going to one hotel but leaving from another? Do any of the services do a round trip fee to and from 2 different places?

We are also doing airport/Poly/HRH/airport and have gotten prices for the entire trip. Just state on reservation form if you are doing it online that you are transferring mid trip and they will quote you a price.
