Does disney send wedding guests info about the hotels? (ie differnt price levels etc..)

With the Custom Wedding Disney sent out forms with details of the 3 hotels that we had chosen for our room block with the Save the Date details to all our invitees - then I think 2 months before the wedding they sent out a Newsletter with more information too and a reminder for guests to book their hotels before the cut off date which is a month before the wedding date.

Not sure what they send out for Intimates.

Disney does not send out hotel info to Intimate Wedding guests. Custom wedding guests get the newsletters because the couple is responsible for minimum room night bookings, and pre-selects which resorts they would like available for their guests. Disney then sends out that info with the special pricing. Intimate couples have no room minimums or preselected resorts, therefore no notices sent out to guests.

The room block minimum varies depending on the size of your expected guest list. We were expecting aprox. 115 people and had to guarantee 75 room nights. I think the smallest the guarantee gets is 25 nights, but someone with a smaller guest list would be able to confirm that.
