10/31 - We stay at our house until late afternoon-we have a PS for CP at 5:30. We aren't sure how long it will take to park and get in to the restaurant, and actually end up getting to CP at 4:30 - we check in and they seat us right away-yippee!! We are all dressed up , adults included, and most people we see at the restaurant are dressed as well. There was one whole table of women and girls as minnie mouses-all matching. They were adorable! We are very impressed with CP, and the kids truly enjoy it. They were very enthusiastic about meeting the characters. We finish up and head out in to the park-it's about 5:45 at this point, and the park is "closing down" before the party. We quickly ride Aladin, then head to tomorrowland with a mob of people.

Luckily, we get right on Buzz-ride it twice. Then go to the people mover thing that takes you on a little tour of tomorrowland. We all really enjoy this-it's a great way to get oriented. On the ride, we see Space mountain is a 5 minute wait. We hop off, and run over. It's a bit longer than 5 minutes, but still not bad. Stitch is open with a 30 min. wait-the CM at the front tells us to come back during a parade.

We leave tomorrow land, and ride POTC, Big Thunder mountain railroad (3 times), and the Haunted mansion. It's now a bit before 9, so we go back in front of CP and get a spot for the fireworks. The kids are now bushed and we have an early morning, so we leisurely stroll out. Our big regret-not doing Stitch!

11/1 - 8:10 PS for CRT- all loved it-even my boys (shhh!) My DS 6, had a great time and all the princesses went out of their way to make the boys feel comfortable and welcome. We more went for me, and our friend's DD age 7 (we are traveling with another family). I was just happy it wasn't pure torture for the boys! Food and service was great. We all head to Peter Pan, Philharmagic (one of our favorites), Dumbo, and Snow White (all before 10). Rode the go-cart cars on a track (can't remember the name), Buzz, and Space mountain. Yikes, Stitch is closed! Go to ride BTMR, and Splash mountain. Kids are begging to ride test track-this gets lots of talking about in schools by 7 year old boys- so we monorail over to Epcot to pacify our DS7. We all ride test track and love it. We also see Honey I shrunk the audience, then head back to MK- we have tickets to HDDR at 5. This was great-my biggest surprise of the trip. The kids had a great time at this show, and so did I. It was refreshing, family fun. Food was pretty good (chicken was great) and we all laughed very hard! The boat ride back the the TTC, was wonderful as well- a great way to end an exhausting day!

Day 5 is rest-we need it!
Day 6 is Discovery cove, Day 7 is Universal, Day 8 is Seaworld-I will post them on those sections of the board.
Day 9 is AK, and we check out of our house and in to AKL for one night-more to come....

I enjoyed reading about your trip! Sounds like you had a great time! We are thinking of doing Cirque on our upcoming trip and I am wondering about seating. If you don't mind my asking, which level of seating did you have, and did you feel it was the right choice for you? Our daughter is 9 (fairly close to the kids ages in your party) and I want to make sure we choose correctly! Also, how long was the show? Thanks for any tips you can give!

You've probably seen everyone say "every seat is good" for cirque , and I have to see it is absolutely true. We were in section 102, row G. We loved the seats, but really had to crook our neck up to see some of the trapeze. If you can get it, I would choose the first row in section 203, 204, or 205. The preshow happens between the 100's and 200's, and it was hard for us to see looking up. Also, when the performers first come in, they also do so on this walkway. I'd imagine you'd have a great view of the higher stuff as well. I believe these are still considered category 1 seats - the more expensive. The only seats I would stay away from are the first few rows of 101 or 105 - the trapeze net is literally over them, and it looked like the people sitting there had a tough time seeing the act-they had great seats for everything else, though! The show was around 1 1/2 hours. We went in 30 minutes before-preshow started about 10 minutes before 6. We were back at our house by around 8. Good luck- we wish we were going back with you!
