Friends and Family Discount

Can anyone tell me if I can adjust an existing f&f room to be 2 rooms. My niece who came from Thailand to work at Disney booked a room for us but we wanted 2 separate rooms. It's been quite a language barrier to get this far. She worked on this for 4 days.

Do we book this thru the hub? We do not need to be staying in the room to get the friends and family, correct? I'm looking to get a room for my sister's family.
