i will confess... when we went on our last trip, it was carlo's idea to go to disneyland... we each got to pick a city/place/tourist trap. trina chose harry potter world. i chose new york and carlo picked disney. he originally didn't mind between WDW and DLR but since we were going to orlando for harry potter world... i figured we'd do DLR on the east coast. it made more sense for us. we walked through those gates and all three of us (carlo, my sister and i) were transported to a place of magic.
disney miracles do happen. people are nicer inside the gates of disneyland. gracious and welcoming and happier in spirit. it's a place where memories are made, dreams come true and wishes really are granted. people are transported to a more wonderful place, discover sides of themselves long thought forgotten or lost. from the moment we walked through those gates, we knew we would be back again and again.
