Friend Running in Wine and Dine Half Marathon

Hi everyone!

We have a friend who is running in the Wine and Dine Half Marathon in November. We will also be at WDW during this time. We won't be running in the race, however we would like to attend the Finish Line Party as a surprise for them. Obviously we don't want to tell them beforehand. Can we just purchase tickets or do they need to be linked to a runner? I've searched the Disney Run site but couldn't find the answer.

Yes, anyone can purchase them. You can purchase them here or at WWoS during the expo.
