I did 25 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the cross trainer and 25 minutes swimming.

I'm next! I did Firm super body sculpt (upper body and abs) this morning.

I did 30 minutes, 2 miles of the 3 miles on my WATP dvd and we also did some toning work with tummy.
