"My job requires me to be hated, at least temporarily. I have to be willing to bite [my] tongue repeatedly. I possess the physical stamina of a pack mule. I tackle stimulating technical challenges such as small gadget repair, sluggish toilets and stuck zippers…..I am willing to be indispensable one minute and an embarrassment the next."
