Friday and some Good news

Well we went to the Drs Yesterday

DH is going to need SUrgery but not right now

They want to try cortizone one time first

so they shot his knee full of it yesterday

he took today of work and he already has SAT SUN MON off

so hopefully it will feel better

We are still keeping the trip moved which is actually great cause now instead of 5 days at wdw I get 6 days at WDW and 6 more just relaxing in Fla maybe Universal

thanks for all the support here guys your the best

Oh and when it does come time to have the surery it isn't the worse of the two so he will only be out about 1 month

I love good news!!! Especially on a Friday!! That's terrific, kaylajr!!

It's off to work today, but then DH & I are going to go out tonight. . .I'm looking forward to that. Tomorrow, I've got a swap to take to the post office and then out to eat with some of the girls I used to coach.

Great news! Hope DH is feeling better today. I know that shot has given relief to several people I know for lots of different things.

Working for me today, training the new guy...fun, fun, fun....

Going out town this weekend just for a getaway - a stressful summer! Just driving several hours to a nice hotel to relax, swim, and shop - dh is hoping I forget this part.

Hurray! As I've known people who said "better living through Chemistry"! Thank goodness for advances in modern medicine, right! I'm glad he's feeling better (or will be soon).

We have a quiet day planned as well. I think we've gotten potty training done and behind us! DD has grown up so much this week. Boot camp was the way to go for her! Maybe some errands. Maybe not. We'll see. Should be cooler.

Great news on the cortizone. I had a couple of shots of it in my knee and it does help - alot. But it is a temporary fix for the most part but the relief of not having pain is so awsome. Fter 21 yrs of pain, I had surgery this past december and it was the best thing I ever did. Cant wait for my first Disney vacation pain free.

When my mom and aunty was having problems with their hands/wrists, the doctor also gave them Cortizone, so hope that helps him.
