anyone else start with today's exercise yet?
I took a 1/2hr walk outside. My steps are up to 4700
Getting out of work 1.5hrs early today (comp time for yesterday). Thinking of taking DS hiking this afternoon.

good morning! i was just looking to see if this had started yet today

I was up early and did my walk/jog routine to covering close to 5 miles in about 50 mins.

Happy Friday to all the WISH exercisers!!

This morning I did FIRM BSS1 body sculpt (upper body). I am really enjoying doing my manly man push-ups! I can do 10 of them now! Woohoo!!!!

Okay, who is next to share their exercise for the day?

I actually got to the gym today! First time in at least a month. Man! I am out of shape. The good news is I have maintained for months now. I don't see it as a plateau. Now I'm back on track and I did 30 mins on the EFX and walked for 30 mins on the track. I need to do more, but it is a start!

Jogging for me this morning, 3.2 miles in 35 minutes. I didn't have to push myself as hard this morning to finish in 35 minutes - so it's definitely time to add more distance! We'll see how it goes on Monday morning... :teeth:
 
Walked 1 mile at lunch.....have lots of yard work scheduled for after work which I definitely count as exercise!
 
I did the FIRM Calorie Killer 2.
 
I did the weight circuit for almost 9000 pounds, 30 minutes on the Eppitical and a 30 minute muscle toning class. Boy am I beat.

Next.....
 
HI all....I jogged 4 miles in 46 minutes then walked another 1/4 mile!!!!!!!
Have to do it again tomorrow!!!!!

Firm body sculpt here. 35 minutes
 
I did my 45 minute walk/jog on the treadmill. Today I was able to make 19.5 minutes of it jogging! Then I did some stretching and the FIRM Super Body Sculpt Upper Body.

I was at the club again today, 30 mins. on the elliptical and 30 mins.on the nautilus. Plan on going Sat. morning. That will make it 6 times for this week. I'm on a roll with my weight lose. 4-6 times a week.:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:
 
I did 25 min on the treadmill, then 1 hr on machines w/ trainer.

Anyone else?
 
I walked a half of an hour at lunch and did the 3 mile WATP video.
