Freshly made icecream sandwiches at Main Street Cone shop??

I was reading menus for our trip and I noticed that the Main street cone shop has ice cream sandwiched between 2 freshly baked chocolate chip cookies $4.99. Has anyone had one of these before? Are they splittable?

They sound delish. I can't believe I didn't know about this before.
