wezee is correct...POFQ is it, and there's virtually always a line at the window to get them, because they make them fresh for each order. And the advice to eat them while hot is right on! Just don't try to save them for later...once they cool off completely, the pastry turns to cardboard
(also, don't try eating them in dark clothes...you'll be a mess, guaranteed )
That's it, but they are good. The post abt their messiness are true, too. I once saw a group of kids write their names with their fingers in the huge pile of white powdered sugar that was left on their table!
