Here having lunch now and had to pay OOP as they said it is not a snack.

Yep. Same thing happened to me last week. I asked the manager if desserts were still considered snack credits and he said yes, so I showed him on the preorder page that soups are listed as dessert. He still said nope and we had to pay.
