Freezer ? How long to defrost lasagna?

I have a large pan of lasagna in the freezer to cook for Christmas dinner, how long should it take to defrost in the fridge? When should I take it out?

I don't defrost mine -- I just bake for about 1.5-2 hours. Can't remember the temperature, ever, so I go to the store and look at the cooking directions for the premade frozen ones and go with it.
