Does the 4 day stop in Freeport any more?

Last year while we were on the Wonder they said Freeport stops would no longer be included after 1/1/2004 ... and when I looked for excursions on DCL's website, I couldn't find Freeport offerings ... yet my TA seems to think that Freeport will be on the itinerary if we cruise in November.

I'm soooo confused.

I'm almost positive they don't go to Freeport anymore. I think the schedule now on the 4 day is

Port
Nassau
Castaway Cay
At Sea
Port

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that's what the options were when we were deciding on 4 day vs 7 day at the end of last year for this coming MAY (9 days I mean! LOL)

I believe the Freeport stop was dropped for 2004. We were on the Wonder in February and we had the itinerary Heidi mentioned.

To be honest, having done a cruise that included the Freeport stop and a cruise without, we really preferred the day at sea to the stop in Freeport. All I can remember was all the cargo ships near the dock and how run-down the island seemed to be. We did the "swim with dolphins" at Freeport and Nassau, and I have to say the Nassau experience was much, much better.

I agree with EeyoreJMH,

When the ship skips Freeport, you're not missing anything.

We did it once just to see what it was like. Would always pick a day at sea over Freeport.
