I hate to burst any bubbles, but it seems to me that if you read the 3-M sight...it is a "FREE INSERT" not an actual pop up dispenser. So if you already have the dispenser GREAT, but if not....

Remember the 'talk like a pirate' site? This is similar but it is one of the characters from Universal's Halloween Horror Nights! You can either put your text in or use prerecorded text and email it to someone. I'd say this one is not for little kids....you'll see what I mean. (insert evil laugh)

OMG, this is the coolest thing out there!! I just sent one to myself to see how creepy it is..to hear your own name come out of the creepy clowns mouth is enough to make you jump out of your seat. I can't wait til tomorrow, I send it out to all my friends. Thank you so much for this, what a great freebie!! (and I DID insert an evil laugh!)
