Free Wi-Fi question

i search the boards and it seems no Disney resort has a free hotspot. The Best Western Lake Buena Vista Resort, by Downtown Disney?, is listed as a free spot. Anybody know for sure?

I can't answer the second part, but it is true that there are no free hotspots at WDW. Here is how it works at the WDW resorts:
