With great Thanks to Mkymouse40 for her idea, creativity and input, I have uploaded a blank form for people to print and fill out with the next swapper’s details and pack, ready to place on the fridge when they leave. Also, Mkymouse40 has kindly offered to tape a new document protector to the top of the fridge for the completed printed label to be slipped in and put some extra blank copies of this form in the pocket for people to use. This way if people don't have paper or tape, they won't have to worry. See more information about the form and other ways in which you may use it in post #1 of this thread.

Hi, Don't know how to do this but my family and I (6) are flying in from Ireland so can't bring anything like a cooler with us. Would be delighted if we could borrow your fridge. Staying at Allstar Movies. Our dates are 1st Dec to 16th Dec 2011. First time in Disney. Thanks for your help. Jennifer

No problem Jennifer. I'm just sorry we couldn't help you. The time scale was just too tight. It is still cheaper to buy a small fridge in Florida than it is to hire one from Disney for the length of your stay. If anyone in your party has any medical reasons for needing a fridge, I am pretty sure Disney will provide one for free for you if you ask. Maybe a more informed dis er can help out with more information . Before I became involved with this swap, I was going to get a small fridge from one of the local Walmarts. Check online before you go to see what's available If you have a hire car then it isn't a problem getting one back to the resort. However, with no car, maybe a taxi could be an option. If you do get a fridge, why not think about starting up a fridge swap yourself. I can help you to get started and I have an idea how you can arrange this even with the tight time window. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you need any help with this. I am really sorry I couldn't be more helpful. I hate disappointing people.

Fridge was dropped off this morning with Movies luggage services, as the next swapper was at Movies as well. (This was all per-arranged a month or so ago.) I do have a claim ticket and number is needed, but hopefully it won't be needed! Hope the next swapper enjoys it as much as us! Thank you!
