Free upgrade to OKW or SSR, but no car??

I wonder if this was that "big announcement" that some CM were talking about that would require lots over overtime?

Just got off the phone w/ the most helpful CM Tyrone!!

Booked a 1 bdrm villa SSR kept my free dining.

I did have to pay off my balance which wasn't a big deal...just an FYI!

I could scream I am sooo happy excited!!!!

Okay just got off the phone for the second time. I'm so excited!!! But, the first CM booked us at Saratoga without asking my preference or giving me a chance.... now OKW is completely booked for my dates. And, I've always secretly loved OKW and wanted to stay there.

BUT!!! hundred dollars cheaper than staying at Pop Century and I get to stay at a NICE new deluxe resort with a better pool maybe and a fridge YAY!!!

Now someone go cancel their studio at OKW for the week of the 14th of September so I can switch to that one

You should stick with SSR if you have free dining. OKW doesn't have a food court. Plus with SSR you can walk to DTD no boat necessary!

No PIN for us either, but we just booked this week. Had tried for POP earlier this week and it was full, so we settled for ASMo. Since lots of people at POP got this deal, we decided to give it a shot to get our first choice resort at the value level, so even though we didn't get an upgrade PIN, we DID get to switch from ASMo to a preferred room at Pop, so I'm happy!

Huh....my due date was Aug 2....I did notice on the pin it did say "Payment of original reservations balance required"....I didn't say anything. He just said ok total due is.....actually it was $2.36 cheaper LOL...

I was going to pay beginning of next week so I really didn't care.

So do you think they are doing this and then going to re-sell all those value rooms? Seems like an awful lot of people got pins to just be from over-booking. Especially since final payment isn't due on many of them so not "Set in stone" so-to-speak??

Yes, mine was a GG...she said up to 3 rooms.

We just got it...SSR - Studio from ASMu I also noticed that about making final payment, even had my cc ready, but CM said, your due date is August 1st?! Was planning on paying it soon anyway, but didn't make the payment yet.

Bummer. I didn't get a pin, but I thought it was due to the fact that I was a grand gathering. Looks like other grand gatherings got the pin though. MAN. We're staying at ASMU. Anyone at ASMU get a pin???

Got it and it didnt change my free dining! Changed to SS. I dont know if I got a studio or 1 BR but either will be better than ASMovies! The CM only mentioned a fridge and microwave, so I'm thinking I got a studio. Cant wait to get my confirmation email to double check!

I just got off the phone and got the upgrade from Sports to a Key West studio, how did you get the 1-bedroom? And for some reason mine was cheaper too?!? I got a $34 credit?? I shouldn't complain about the 1 bedroom, I am just happy for the upgrade

OK, so I email my DH pics of both KW and Saratoga. He asks is it too late to change to Saratoga? So I call once again. And I can change and they will upgrade me to a 1-bedroom
