Free ticket upgrade...Is it the norm?

Disney ran a "special offer" earlier this year and we recieved free park hoppers and water parks and more. I used this for our June, 2007 trip.

Is this a promotion that usually comes out every year around that same time?

For our June, 2008 trip, I just purchased 8 day park tickets and figure if they don't run the promotion again, I'll just upgrade when we get there.

I don't know about summer, but It seems to be pretty common for the first few months of ever year. WDW has offered free Park Hopper and Water Park options with a Magic Your Way package in the early months of at least 2006, 2007, and soon 2008.

I got an amazingly sweet deal in Feb-Mar 2006 at POFQ as a result of this.

I'm hoping that Disney runs this special again during the time we will be there. Like I said, if they don't, I'll just pay for the upgrade when I get there.

It's definitely been offered the past 2 years for late May and early June. I used it in May/June 2006, You in 2007.
