I place an order today at disneydirect.com. When I added the promotion code for free shipping, I did not get the Activate button. Instead, there is a message about this promotion requires paying with Disney Visa. I thought that is fine and continued with the order. However, after I entered my credit card information. The order just went through with $20 shipping charge. I did not get a chance to confirm the final total.
I call disneydirect.com and I was told that Disney Visa will refund my shipping charge. That sounds really fishy. Is that how this promotion works?
